Ivano Ascencio, the Founder & Principal Architect, has been a part of our project from the beginning, now nearing five years. We share a vision of infusing authentic, sustainable Tulum-inspired design into the Caribbean setting as we design our modern island community.

Landscaping Designs & Inspiration
Drawing inspiration from the lush landscapes of Bali and Tulum, we plan to cultivate a vibrant, tropical environment. Thanks to our similar climate, we can grow many of the same plants, creating a lush, green oasis. What's more, we're committed to sustainability, using purified wastewater to nourish our plants.
